Every prompt and template I use, in full. No signup, no email capture, nothing behind a form. Copy what is useful and change it to fit how you work.

Each one sits inside the post that explains why it exists. The reasoning is the part worth reading; the prompt on its own is easy to misuse.

  • Investor objection stress test

Runs your one-liner past twelve investor personas and ranks the objections by how many raise the same one. Tells you which objection you cannot fix before this raise.

  • Call note to tracker row

Turns messy notes from an investor call into one clean row: stage, their stated reason, what you owe them, and the date. Flags anything that contradicts what you told other investors.

  • Term sheet question list

Plain-English read of each clause, the scenario where it costs you money, what looks off-market, and eight ranked questions for your lawyer. Not legal advice, and it says so.

  • Investor fit score

Scores one fund out of twelve on stage, cheque size, deployment window and thesis, using what they have actually done rather than what the website says. Scores zero when the evidence is missing.

  • Spend audit

Sorts twelve months of bank lines into people, serving, growth and unowned, then returns keep, cut or renegotiate for every recurring cost. Totals the cuts as extra days of runway.

  • Non-dilutive funding map

Finds the grants, matched funding, sovereign funds and tax credits open to a company like yours, with eligibility, strings and time to money. Marks anything it cannot source as unverified.

  • Investor update consistency audit

Reads your last six updates the way a portfolio monitoring system does. Returns definition changes, dropped metrics, contradictions and the three questions those raise.

  • Retention teardown

Calculates net, gross and logo retention from a raw billing export, plus concentration and your five worst contractions. Refuses to fill missing months and flags data it does not trust.

  • Strategic offer breakdown

Splits an offer that mixes equity with vendor credits into cash, realisable credit value, commitments and strings. Prices credits at your real planned spend rather than list price.

  • COGS and inference disclosure

Turns twelve months of provider invoices into the gross margin page diligence asks for: the split, inference as a share of revenue, cost per unit of work, and the three months that look worst.

  • Deck screening pass

Runs the same extraction a fund runs on your deck: eleven fields, no inference allowed, then a route-or-pass verdict. The list of MISSING fields is the useful part.

  • Funding headline to comparable

Turns a funding announcement into one row of a comps table, then rules on whether it is a comparable for your round at all. Refuses to guess anything the source does not state.

  • Monday raise review

Reads your tracker and returns four lists: what you owe, what they owe, what has gone quiet, and the five things to do this week. Same questions every Monday.
